Change
of Personal Details
Member must inform autoinfoguide.com management if there are any
changes in personal details. Otherwise their privileges will be
void.
Not Transferable
The autoinfoguide.com card is not
transferable and member must produce identification as and when
requested.
Loss / Damaged or Theft of Card
Please notify autoinfoguide.com
immediately in writing. A replacement fee of RM 5.00 per Card is
applicable.
Processing Lead-time
Your autoinfoguide.com Card will be
mailed to you within 3 month from the date of application.
Mode of Payment
CASH
- Payment can be payable to selected merchants
that listed under company
directory service section. The company do not encourage cash payment
send by post.

Online applicant :
Gift item can be collected at selected merchant upon issue of card.
The company will arrange the venue for the collection of free
item.
Applicant at
participating merchants :
Gift item can be collected immediately from the participating
merchants upon successful registration and receiving of application
fee. Card will be sent at a later date.
Reliabilities of
the free item
The company should not be responsible
& liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses suffer or incurred,
claim, demand or actions which may be made after the delivery of the
free item.
Products And
Services Offered By Participating Merchants
Autoinfoguide.com management shall not be liable for any defect or
deficiency in products purchased or services rendered by the
participating merchants.
Limitation Of
liability
The list of the participating merchants may be
revised by autoinfoguide.com management without prior notice if the
participating merchants failed to provide privileges entitled to
autoinfoguide.com card holder as agreed by terms and conditions.

reserves the right to substitute gifts of similar value for the item
mentioned under membership privileges.
